The fluidic architecture functions as a balanced, low-pressure micro-climate circuit. It utilizes the "VCI POWER Dry Air" manifold unit—equipped with a 4-stage inline filter/regulator block measuring 190mm × 200mm—to feed dual-purpose boundary ports.
- Ultra-Low Pressure Injection Parameters: The manifold introduces air at a regulated design pressure of 0.01 - 0.05 MPa (0.1 to 0.5 bar) with a robust rated flow capacity of 500 L/min. The dual terminal manifold connects directly to a 10mm distribution pipe network. This low injection pressure ensures rapid fluid velocity inside the 17mm diameter, 100mm long micro-perforated channels while keeping the pressure in the open 6mm insulation air gap safely near atmospheric levels to protect the delicate weather jacket.
- Interchangeable Injection and Flow Path Routing: Fluid injection is fully versatile. Gaseous nitrogen (\(N_{2}\)), dried air, or vapor inhibitors can be introduced from either the upper Inspect Plugs or right through the lower PPS Automated Drain Plugs.
- Fully Automated, High-Density Fluid Drainage (Max 3m Intervals): To prevent "trapped water pockets" caused by gravity or thermal barriers, PPS Automated Drain Plugs are positioned at a maximum interval of 3 meters. When liquid water builds up at support rings or bottom-most sections, the automated valve discharges the water safely out of the weather cladding. Concurrently, the 500 L/min dry air stream uses these same open ports to vent vapor-laden air, creating a continuous, unidirectional drying sweep.
