CUI Electrical Resistance (ER) sensors(metal)
Corrosion Under Insulation (CUI) is a critical issue in manyindustries, causing significant financial losses and
environmental hazards.
Metal Corrosion Rate Sensor
This corrosion sensor utilizes electrical resistance to measure the extent of metal corrosion and thinning. To ensure accurate measurement, metal electrodes are placed on the same plane, with one side covered by a corrosion-resistant material to prevent corrosion on that side; the degree of corrosion is determined by the resistance ratio. The height difference between the substrate and the metal pattern is eliminated, creating a structure that prevents water accumulation. The sensor features a thin substrate allowing for flexible installation, an IP6 waterproof rating, and customizable dimensions and materials.
Can integrate temperature and humidity sensors.
