Helium or Vacuum Leak Detectors with hood encapsulation (Enclosure)

Helium Leak Testing Using an Enclosure
Due to its small atomic size, chemical stability (inertness), and high detection sensitivity, helium is widely used as a tracer gas for leak detection. The enclosure method involves establishing a controlled testing space around the workpiece; the enclosure confines any leaking helium, preventing rapid dispersion into the surrounding air. This increases the probability of the leak detector capturing the escaping helium and minimizes measurement errors caused by air dilution. Ports are sealed using resin potting with a fabric mold; custom dimensions are available.
