CUI flange leakage detction /flange bands are specifically designed to effectively protect flanges and prevent Corrosion Under Insulation (CUI). By fully shielding the flange, this product—which features a leak indication capability—helps reduce maintenance costs and extend equipment service life. Additionally, the flange protector/band can be equipped with an optional leak detection system to enable early leak detection and minimize safety risks.
Its reusable design makes it a sustainable choice; it also reduces fire risks and provides enhanced personal protection for personnel in the workplace. Insulation work can proceed even before pressure testing is completed. For instance, in large-scale piping runs, flange covers can be installed exclusively at the terminal ends.
